Transparency International Canada is the leading anti-corruption organization in Canada. We are a member of the Transparency International movement, made up of more than 100 organizations worldwide.

Our vision is a transparent, participatory, and fair Canada in which government, politics, business, civil society, and the daily lives of people are free from corruption.

Our mission is to combat corruption and foster a culture of integrity in all sectors of Canadian society by conducting research, policy development, capacity-building, and advocacy.

We define corruption as the abuse of entrusted power for private gain. This definition includes corruption in the public and private sectors, from local to international levels. It extends from petty corruption to high-level grand corruption and even kleptocracy.

We encourage you to join the movement to eradicate corruption and promote integrity. Whether you wish to stay informed, volunteer, participate in our advocacy campaigns, or support our initiatives, your involvement is crucial. By engaging with Transparency International Canada, you can make Canada a country in which corruption has no place.
